An overview of what has sold in these areas. Having looked at the statistics for the same time last year being Jan 23’ to Feb 23’ there were 8 sales across these rural regions(bare land excluded).

Highest price Waitoki  - 49 Waitoki Road at $2,880,000 , lowest price was in Waitoki was $1,705,000 being 309 Kahikatea Flat Road.

Highest Price Kaukapakapa  -  788 Haruru Road at $2,110,000 – Lowest Price was 56 McLachlan Road at $1,150,000

Helensville Rural saw one sale at $1,546,000 being 306F Inland Road .

We concluded that there were 4 more sales in Jan 23’ to Feb 23’ than for the same time this year. Interest rates rising playing a large part in the rural market at the moment.
