Attached  is the Vision for Wainui Future Urban Zone Structure Plan.

Fulton Hogan have purchased a large portion of land presently zoned rural production on the right-hand side of Wainui Road coming from Millwater. Below is their vision moving forward. However, this still has to go through the “Private Plan Change Process”. If the zone change is granted by council it will connect with Milldale which is under construction on the left-hand side of Wainui Road coming from Millwater.
