Lifestyle/ Rural Sales : Wainui , Waitoki, Kaukapakapa and Helensville  – Dec 23’ – Jan 24’ .

An overview of what has sold in these areas. Having looked at the statistics for the same time last year being Dec 22’ – Jan 23’ there were 8 sales across these rural regions(bare land excluded). Highest price was in Waitoki at $2,880,000.

We concluded with the OCR lifting, interest rates rising along with bank loan LVR it has led to a quieter market for Dec 23’ – Jan 24’. However, having said that we are noticing an increase in buyer enquiry and believe the tide is starting to turn.
