I hope July is off to a fantastic start for everyone, and for those with children - I hope you're surviving the school holidays! The OCR remained the same this week with media commentary saying a drop is likely later this year or early next year. 

Kicking off the month of July, we’ve had a successful start with 2 already sold and two under contract. The momentum is high as we are gearing up with some fantastic listings in August/ September.
